Lacing up Wonderland

“If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is, because everything would be what it isn’t. And contrary wise, what is, it wouldn’t be. And what it wouldn’t be, it would. You see?”

Lewis Carroll, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland & Through the Looking-Glass

Last Thursday I had a chance to pick up the shoes that I have been aiming to get for quite a while now.  It is part of the Disney’s Alice Through the looking Glass Collection in collaboration with Call it Spring and Aldo Group.

Now, this is my newly favorite shoes which I know at some point will just be stored in my closet until i use it next summer 2017. Haha well, being the life like “Rebbecca Bloomwood” is really not that easy.

I still keep my hope , it won’t be  like that, or at least I won’t be. *which i doubt ‘coughs’ ehem!* Having Thursday is my only day off , I took the same chance to go out with friends and watch “Me before You” in theatres and kinda pulled the trick of a 21 year old woman and went home like 1:00 am and had one drink and few dinner with friends. For quite a while thereI had fun, or at least I believe that I did.

Well I can’t express yet how the shoes are but I can describe how pleased I am with the style , color and packaging. Really lives up to my expectations and all for $48.00 CAD with 15% off as I signed up for  the newsletters.

The movie is also another thing. It was worth the wait, ” Alice Through the Looking Glass” gave me lessons to value family , and that respect is something that cannot be bought but earned through hard work and good life. It also thought me that friendship can never be defined by time and space and even magic.  And for the movie, I have learned that

“you can never change the past but you can learn from it”

The questions is? Are you ready for the possibilities of diving  to the past to learn from it?

Hope you enjoyed my post today.

Keep Blooming !

Love,
